I have worked in several agencies/companies that assist customers moving into the various public cloud services as well as other vendor work where username, password, credentials, access keys and many more secure items have to be sent. Oddly enough, many companies do not have their mail servers, Exchange, for example, configured to support secure email. We as a company do but most of the customers don't, so we find it difficult to help them send such sensitive info internally and externally. We have started recommending them to use DataMotion. We absolutely love it. Extremely simple to implement, no negative effect on our current mail service either. Great to see a product that works and does exactly what it claims it can do. Our team has transitioned to DataMotion instead of using our O365 mail for sending secure messages.

- Can wipe messages after they are sent and read.
- Can be used for both internal and external email addresses.
- When receiving email it says I can login via a new account or it gave me options to login with my gmail or facebook. But sometimes that option is not available and I don't know why.

DataMotion fits the bill
Our organization uses DataMotion Secure Email for all emails containing sensitive attachments. We also offer the option for our clients to access it to send info to us that they feel is classified or sensitive. One of the features we prize is the access to when folks have opened and downloaded from our emails. It has proven helpful many times.

Extremely Easy to use for a Busy Office
Datamotion is very necessary in our field. patient information must be protected, and data motion enables us to send sensitive information with confidence.

Accounting For Security!
We used DataMotion as our secure email option for clients. We included a link in our email signature to allow our clients to send us secure encrypted emails. With the level of detail and sensitive information that we as auditors receive, having a secure option that was easy for our clients to use gave our clients the confidence to send the information that allowed us to make further progress on our procedures. The business problem that the product addresses is the need for a quick, convenient method to securely email sensitive data, and this product allowed for this.
- Platform is intuitive and very easy to use from both a receiver and sender of the email.
- The "open" and/or "read" notifications serve as great documentation that a client has successfully seen and obtained the information that was being provided.
- The ability to include a simple link within an email signature prevents clients from having to go through a cumbersome portal or process to send a document securely.
- Integration with a contact list and/or an MS Outlook address book would allow for much more efficient use of the email composition process.
- Allowing for integration of an MS Outlook signature to ensure that the sent email still maintains a professional feel received by the client.
- The portal/inbox does seem to take a while to navigate/get to the clicked on area.

Ok Dokey
Our organization uses DataMotion to send secure messages that contain private information such as social security numbers and addresses that are needed to conduct background checks for potential employees. Although this aspect of our organization isn't at the forefront of our work, we hire about 50+ new employees every year, and thus DataMotion is essential in protecting our current and potential hiree's information.

Opening the gateway to your secure data
We use DataMotion to receive daily reports. We are able to view patients at high risk for problems and address a specific resolution plan for each individual.

Trustworthy and easy-to-use system
DataMotion is used to power the secure and internal messaging program. It is used across the whole organization by staff members to send messages and documents that would otherwise be most appropriately handled in-person. It ensures that documents and other important pieces of information can be delivered in a remote manner.

Data Motion Effective and Safe Communication with the Client
We have been using DataMotions for some time to communicate with our clients and provide a new channel of communication directly and efficiently. At the moment we are implementing it in a small part of our department in order to make it known and be accepted by the other community.
- Customer service is exceptionally good, they are very nice and efficient.
- The interface offers an appropriate and fluid ease of use, very easy to learn.
- Security is more than guaranteed and that gives us a lot of confidence in use.
- On some occasions I have had to communicate with some users, to indicate that the emails could be in the spam tray.
- It would be helpful if they improve the option of adding a new user in the address book.
- I don't find any more problems at the moment.

One of the most secure email systems
DataMotion is an email encryption software that has been our go-to tool from the day it was introduced in our organization. We have been using this efficient software across all our departments because of its great features. DataMotion has been offering all the features that financial data requires, so it [has] a great facet about it. DataMotion is mostly used in our department because the software is proven to be very helpful in processing orders and filing taxes for the company. It is a completely automated and reliable platform.
- DataMotion has been used in implementing requests such as ID approval as well where clients are required to show their ID and verify their identity in different things like student hiring and so on.
- DataMotion is a simple yet effective tool that is used greatly for the recipients of a secure email when a client is using it.
- DataMotion has a very intuitive interface which makes it very easy for the users to get a hold of it very quickly.
- DataMotion has many positive aspects about it, but I feel that there are certain areas that are lacking and need some improvement. Firstly, the copy and paste feature of DataMotion is weak and I personally think it can be improved a lot.
- Moreover, the address book interface of DataMotion can be made a lot simpler when it is about adding new users.

SAFEST WAY TO SEND PHI and STAY IN COMPLIANCE
We use DataMotion for all our encrypted messages to various government entities, families, contractors, etc. It is used by the entire agency/organizations. We have several users at all our locations throughout the agency/organization that have the ability to encrypt emails (containing PHI) to the various government entities, families, contractors, etc. so all healthcare information remains secure. Our email compliance policy says if you don't have an sccmha.org email address anticipate the message going through to you in DataMotion. I send about 30 emails per day through DataMotion to the State of MI, MI Dept of Health and Human Services,etc.it is very secure.

- Always sends them without errors or issues to resolve.
- Easy to use, sends me a notification when sent, also when it's been opened. It tells me how many of the individuals on the email thread have opened it.
- DataMotion always you to resend and provides proof each time.
- Great communication app.
- The storage of previously sent emails drops off after a number of days, really would like to track for a longer period of time or an archived sent message queue.
- The newer version/updated awhile back has been capacity, as the older version I kept getting messages that I reach my maximum per day limit. Thank you for fixing that feature.
- I wish the message didn't go to recipient's junk mail so often. I started sending an Outlook message to first time recipient's to check their junk mail if they haven't received the message already as a heads up.

DataMotion Simple to use Secure Email
DataMotion Secure Email is used by administrative departments to send secure or sensitive information. It addresses HIPAA and concerns for privacy of sensitive data. Some of our physician practices also use it to communicate secure information with their patients, such as forms needed before a visit, medical record releases, photos, and referrals to other physician practices.
- DataMotion easily secures sensitive and confidential emails.
- DataMotion is easy to use on both the sending and receiving ends. It's rare that an end user has an issue accessing a secure message.
- I can't think of any areas that DataMotion needs improvement. It's easy to use and has all of the required functions we are looking for.
DataMotion Secure Email is being used across the whole organization. It is used to comply with HIPPA requirements for our clients. It is used to communicate with clients to send and receive medical information. We also used it to send invoices to clients. Our staff used it to communicate internally when HIPPA related information needs to be shared.

Easy to use secure email system
DataMotion is used by our entire organization to assist in the transmission of secure documents from departments to departments. It is widely used in many departments across the organization and is used with external vendors as well. We implemented DataMotion for requests such as ID approval where clients need to show ID to verify their identity as well as things like onboarding and student hiring.
- User friendly: DataMotion is very easy for non-IT folks to sign up and use.
- Email tracking: DataMotion makes tracking emails and managing which have been opened/read easy.
- Security: DataMotion is easy to set up and is more secure than using standard email.
- It's not the prettiest site: The GUI could use some work but the functionality is there.

Pretty Good Solution for Sending Secure Emails
We use DataMotion Secure Email here at work, and we sell and maintain the service for our clients. It helps keep messages encrypted and secure. Our clients like it because DataMotion Secure Email is HIPPA compliant and allows them to reliably send messages between other offices and their customers.

- Wish the installer for the DataMotion Secure Email button would bundle both the x86 and x64 versions together.
I work as a consultant/broker in employee benefits, working primarily with employers who self-fund medical benefits. My work often includes protected health information. All such information originating from within my company is transmitted via [DataMotion Secure Email].
- DataMotion Secure email is easily accessed through whatever email client you are using.
- DataMotion is simple to use for the recipients of a secure email, even if they are not DataMotion users.
- As a site-based platform, Datamotion can handle the transmission of very large files.
- If accessing sent emails from the Datamotion site, archiving or finding email traffic after-the fact can be daunting.
- being able to easily recall or resurrect an email sent months or years earlier is not easy & sometimes impossible.

Communication Appreciation
DataMotion is currently being used for prescription correspondence with pharmacies as well as for other medical data. Several workers in this department either initiate or receive this correspondence on a daily basis. It addresses issues with HIPPA compliance, as well as general confidential information transference. Since most companies are agreeable with this method, we have been able to take full advantage of DataMotion within our workflow.
- Delivers secure email in a timely manner. There is no waiting time.
- Provides read receipts with the receiver's information available. So we know who read it and when.
- We are able to use it in conjunction with our regular email system. This helps us to expedite responses while still keeping the message secure.
- It would be nice to be able to forward a message from the "Track Sent" folder without losing the previous timestamp (from, sent, subject). This way the receiver knows that I am adding to a previously sent and unread message.

Datamotion SecureMail Review
We are using DataMotion SecureMail to securely send passwords, sensitive files, and sensitive information. It is currently being used across the entire organization. It addresses the issues of allowing a way for not only our employees to send important information to clients, but also vice versa. It has helped eliminate risk of that sensitive information being exposed via e-mail.
- Efficiently encrypts e-mails for safe sending.
- Provides a portal to review encrypted e-mails both received and sent.
- Allows piggyback licensing so our clients can send encrypted e-mails without having their own licenses.
- The Outlook add-ins are sometimes problematic -- Meaning it has, on a couple instances, caused a blank e-mail to be delivered every minute until the add-in was disabled and removed and then reinstalled.
- Sometimes downloading the Outlook add-ins from their website it gives network errors and won't download. Have to click resume download about 4-5 times until it actually properly downloads.

DataMotion is being used for email encryption across our whole organization. This addresses the need for additional security and an option to send external recipients encrypted communications with sensitive data.

Safe, Secure, Smart Communication
Our whole organization uses DataMotion SecureMail for sending secure emails to clients. We typically use it for exchanging highly confidential documents or highly sensitive data, or if we have any kind of HIPAA concerns with the data. We may also leverage DataMotion to send very large attachments--anything that crosses the threshold of 20MB, which is the upper limit allowed on our email policy.
